excellent hotel stay
fine view nice stay spacious room cute chef
the room had fine views of the coconut forest with wildlife. i saw eagles soaring above (it was so serene!). the room itself was excellent. i really appreciated the spacious and clean rooms. the chef's cute attitude in the restaurant was also noteworthy.
the wifi was intermittent . it was a slight inconvenience, but the hotel staff addressed it promptly.

the restaurant offers delicious food at good prices. the breakfast had a fantastic buffet. i loved the pancakes along with curd and treacle. i also enjoyed papaya and pineapple.

the staff was friendly, warm, and professional. they were very helpful. reception called to ensure our arrival time. the staff had prepared dinner for us since we were running late.

a balanced stay
spacious suite tasty food intermittent wifi water outage
the junior suite bath was spacious and clean. the tasty food at the restaurant stood out, especially considering the bar near the restaurant and the lagoon.
i found some aspects needing attention. the intermittent wifi was problematic and the water stopped for over an hour, affecting toilet, shower, and jacuzzi use. it eventually got fixed, though.
